We, at ASACS, are specialists in the manufacture & supply of a wide range of coating systems made from premium quality materials in state of the art manufacturing facilities using the latest & tested coating technologies. Our aspiring team at Al Saud is extremely experienced, trained and skilled at delivering “the best” solutions to our customers. We are fully aware of the fact that only a suitable and customized coating package can render maximum performance even in severe atmospheric conditions and hence we are geared towards delivering only the most appropriate solutions. We provide a range of special corrosion protection PTFE & MoS2-based coatings that cater the specific needs of various industries including petrochemical, heavy engineering, oil & gas, HVAC and automobile.
We, at ASACS, offer coatings on free issue components of Annular & RAM BOPs including lower and upper housing, adapter rings, sealing elements and piston as well as for bonnets, body hangers, manifolds, valve parts and fasteners. Moreover, our coating solutions provide excellent collusion protection and dry lubrication along with reducing sliding friction and avoiding galling on threads.
The coating materials we employ are generally developed by US-based and UK-based companies that are leaders in the domain. Enhanced R & D procedures of the coating systems we provide have induced major oil field operators to use these coating materials to meet their specifications.
